We want you to love your Arleo pieces! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is unworn, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received it.
How to Initiate a Return:

Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions, including a prepaid shipping label.

Exchange Policy
We understand that finding the perfect fit is important! We offer exchanges on sizing for any items where multiple sizes are available.
How to Initiate an Exchange:

To request an exchange, please email us at customerservice@arleocollection.com with your order number and the size you'd like to exchange for.

We will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us

Once the item is returned and inspected, we will ship out the new size to you - standard shipping at no additional cost.
